Terms

1. Just is software, not a bank. Your account is controlled only by you. We never hold your money and can’t move it. Balances are held in USDC, a dollar digital currency issued by Circle, and are not FDIC-insured.
2. You keep access. Your account opens with your device’s face or fingerprint unlock, which usually syncs to your Google or Apple account. If you lose every device that can open it and nothing synced, nobody, including us, can restore it. Add a second device.
3. Sends are final. Check the recipient before you confirm. We can’t reverse a send.
4. Partners. Licensed third-party partners provide adding money and cashing out, under their own terms, which they show you first. Their full fees and rates are shown before you confirm.
5. Lawful use only. Don’t use Just for anything illegal, or from a country under US sanctions.
